Coconut and Coriander Chutney

Grated fresh coconut: ¾ cup

Coriander/Cilantro: 1 cup

Green chilies: 2

Garlic Cloves: 2

Lemon: juice of half lemon

Salt to taste



Add the grated coconut, coriander, garlic, chopped green chillies along with salt to a blender or mixer. Blend the ingredients to a fine paste by adding little water. Transfer the chutney to a serving bowl. Squeeze the juice of half lemon. Green coconut coriander chutney is ready to be served.
