White Fish in Butter Lemon Sauce:
I make this dish when I am too tired to even move. This takes only a few minutes to put the dish together. Try making this and you would know what I am talking about.
Prep Time: 5 mins.
Cooking Time: Under 10 mins
Boneless Fish: 6-8 pieces ( i used Basa Fish Fillets)
Crushed pepper: 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Olive oil: 2 tbsp
Zucchini: Green 1 Medium: Cut in long pieces
Zucchini: Yellow: 1 Medium. Cut in long slices
Red Bell Pepper: 1 Long Slice
Baby Corn: 5-6
Mushrooms: 6-7 cut in halves
Olive oil: 1/2 tbsp
Butter: 1/2 tbsp
Olive oil: 1 tbsp
Lemon juice:3 tbsp
Crushed pepper: 1/2 tbsp
1. Cook the fish: Pour a bit of olive oil in a hot pan, sprinkle the fish pieces with some salt and pepper. Now cook the pieces in the pan on low medium heat. Cook till both sides are golden brown. Remove from oil.
2. Grill the veggies: Pour some oil in a grill pan and cook the veggies with some salt for a few minutes. I cook mine for 3-4 minutes on medium-high flame.
3. Sauce: in the pan where you cooked the fish, pour some olive oil and butter, make sure the heat is low else the butter will burn. let the butter melt, the moment it melts, add the lemon juice. Mix well. Turn off the heat. Pour this sauce on fish and eat this hot with the grilled veggies.
