4-5 pieces of chicken/ strips of chicken
Crushed Pepper: 1tbs
Garlic Powder: 1 teaspoon
Lemon juice: 2-3 tbs
Honey: 2 tbs
Dark Soya(Gluten free): 1 tbs
To the chicken, add the salt, pepper, lemon juice, garlic powder.
In a pan heat some olive oil, place the chicken pieces. After 4-5 minutes, turn the chicken to the other side, cook this side for 3-4 minutes. Cook on low heat. Now both the sides would have crispen a bit. Cover the pan with a lid and let them cook for some time. Keep checking the chicken so that it doesn’t burn.
After 10-12 minutes, add the soya sauce and honey. Coat the chicken pieces well and let them cook for some more time.
Flip the chicken both sides occasionally so that they don’t burn. The chicken is ready, eat this with your favourite soup or salad.
