There is nothing better than fresh homemade yogurt. It is tastier than the packaged one plus you get to eat fresh everyday.
Skimmed Milk: 1 cup
Yogurt: Less than half a teaspoon
Heat the milk in a pan, just heat, do not boil. The temperature should be enough that your finger when dipped in milk can take the temperature, it should be slightly more than luke warm. Remove from heat. Add the yogurt, swirl and mix (Do Not whisk), then leave the yogurt to set in a warm place for 7-8 hours.
