Mango Shrikhand | Mango yogurt dessert

 

Ingredients:

Mango pulp: 1 cup

Hung yogurt: 1 1/2 cups

Powdered sugar: 1/4 cup

Cardamon powder: 1/4 tsp

Cinnamon Powder (optional): a pinch

Saffron: a pinch mixed in warm milk

 

Method:

  1. Whisk the hung yogurt.
  2. Add the mango pulp to the  yogurt.
  3. Add in the other ingredients, mix well but do not over mix. Over mixing will make the yogurt/mango pulp mix runny.
  4. Transfer the mixture to serving bowls, chill them for a few hours. Garnish with nuts and cut mango cubes and enjoy them.
