Mango Shrikhand | Mango yogurt dessert
Mango pulp: 1 cup
Hung yogurt: 1 1/2 cups
Powdered sugar: 1/4 cup
Cardamon powder: 1/4 tsp
Cinnamon Powder (optional): a pinch
Saffron: a pinch mixed in warm milk
- Whisk the hung yogurt.
- Add the mango pulp to the yogurt.
- Add in the other ingredients, mix well but do not over mix. Over mixing will make the yogurt/mango pulp mix runny.
- Transfer the mixture to serving bowls, chill them for a few hours. Garnish with nuts and cut mango cubes and enjoy them.
