This recipe is so good that you can customise this in many ways to your liking. I always sprinkle a lot of seeds on this salad as the sweetness of mango tones down the bitter flavour of the seeds. Go wild, sprinkle the seeds that you don’t like on this salad and you would be surprised to see how much you managed to eat when you ate this salad.
Mango-1 ( Chunks)
Cucumber: 2 ( Small pieces and ribbons)
Feta Cheese: ( The amount you like)
Maple Syrup: 3tbs
Salt: A pinch or two
Sweet chilli sauce: Same quantity as maple
Seeds of your choice: I picked sesame, flax and chia.
Mix everything together, serve cold.
