Gluten-free baked yogurt fresh strawberry sauce

Serves: 4 People
For Baked Yogurt:
- Plain yogurt: 1 1/2 cups
- Condensed milk: 1/2 cup
- Vanilla essence: a few drops ( try using fresh vanilla as it is Gluten-free)
- Fresh strawberries: 8-10 cut into chunks
- Sugar:1 tsp (Just to kill the sharp acidity of strawberries)
- Water:1/3 cup
Whisk together the yogurt, the condensed milk, and vanilla till they become smooth. This will take 3-5 minutes.
Transfer them into small ramekins and whatever small containers you have for baking.
No need to preheat the oven.
Just bake @ 180C for 20-25 mins.
Make the strawberry topping sauce:
In a pan, add the strawberry chunks.
Then add a bit of water. Cook them together till the strawberries turn mushy almost marmalade like.
Add sugar if required.
Your yogurt is baked. Top it with some strawberry sauce. Put in the fridge for an hour or 2.
