Curry Flavoured Foxnuts Recipe
Cooking time: 15 mins
Foxnuts: 2 cups
Garam Masala powder: 2 tsp
Hing/ asafetida: 1/2 tsp
Dry Mango powder: 2 tbsp
Paprika powder/ kashmiri red chilly powder: 1 tsp
Black salt/regular salt: to taste
Ghee or olive oil/ refined oil: 1 tbsp
Dry roast the fox nuts in a hot pan on low-medium heat for 8-9 minutes, keep stirring the nuts. After they turn light brown and crispy, take them off the pan.
Now in the same pan, add the ghee and the other ingredients. Mix well. Add the roasted fox nuts to this pan and mix everything very well. After the fox nuts have been coated nicely, take them off the heat and serve.
