Curry Flavoured Foxnuts Recipe:

Ingredients For Curry Flavoured Foxnuts Recipe:

  • Foxnuts: 2 cups
  • Garam Masala powder: 2 tsp
  • Hing/ asafetida: 1/2 tsp
  • Dry Mango powder: 2 tbsp
  • Paprika powder/ Kashmiri red chilly powder: 1 tsp
  • Black salt/regular salt: to taste
  • Ghee or olive oil/ refined oil: 1 tbsp

Method:

  1. Dry roast the fox nuts in a hot pan on low-medium heat for 8-9 minutes, keep stirring the nuts. After they turn light brown and crispy, take them off the pan.
  2. Now in the same pan, add the ghee and the other ingredients. Mix well. Add the roasted fox nuts to this pan and mix everything very well. After the fox nuts have been coated nicely, take them off the heat and serve.
