Ingredients:

2 medium-sized beetroots, peeled and chopped
2 cups cubed seedless watermelon
1 inch piece of ginger, peeled and chopped
1 tbsp lemon juice (optional)

Method:


Wash the beetroots, watermelon, and ginger.
Chop the beetroots into small pieces and add to a blender or juicer.
Add the cubed watermelon and ginger to the blender or juicer.
Blend or juice the ingredients until smooth.
If desired, add lemon juice for extra flavor and a touch of acidity.
Pour the juice into glasses and serve immediately. Enjoy!
