Apple Egg Breakfast Muffins:
Prep Time: 5 mins
Cooking Time: 25-30 mins
Serves: Makes 4-5 muffins
Apple: 2. Chopped into small pieces
Olive Oil/ butter: To line the baking tray.
Whisk the eggs, add the apples, mix them all together add some salt, pepper to this too. Preheat the oven to 180C. In a muffin tray(line the trays generously with butter or olive oil), ladle the egg mixture into greased muffin cups ¾ full. Top each muffin cup with grated cheese( Optional). Bake at 180 C, for 25-30 minutes. Remove from the oven, let the muffins cool for 15-20 minutes before removing them from the pan. Serve.
